I thought that if eligibility status changed from processing to reviewing this means that someone started looking on my application

not necessarily. A lot of people have gotten their visas without eligibility status changing. Some VOs are too lazy to make an update of how much progress they made on tracker until they post a decision eventually.
Hello again, I checked tracker and found that eligibility completed but background check is in progress so anyone knows what is the processing time of background check?
Your about to get a decision soon. They cant possibly have been done with eligibility review but not background check they just forgot to update it. Id say a couple of days and youd have a decision. Congrats
Thanks!! I also have one more question when i logged in to my tracker I saw study permit document number is set but expiry date not available yet , so do you know when student permit document number is set normally?

No I didn't get but I heard that this is a good sign of approval.

Honestly I’m in this same thing. My background has been in progress for a month and half now
