student visa and spouse's open work permit

If I include my spouse's open work application on my student visa application could it effect how they judge my application? Is it better to put him down as just a visitor as he just plans to write a book whilst looking to go in on entrepreneur stream by setting up a business - he obviously wants to assess area before committing.

Hi all, been trying to figure this out with IRCC but couldnt get hold from any representative. I've always been on hold. Here's my case. I am international student in BC, my spouse is under open work permit. He's currently working as Food attendant, NOC C semi skilled) for over 1 year. Question, is he eligible to apply as PR if employer is willing to support his application? I need help. Thank you very much.
