Thx we are both working
So how it effects sponsorship ?

Are you married or common law (have lived together for at least one full year)?

Then sponsorship is not possible at this time. You need to get married or live together for a year first.
Ya thing is:
If we live year first anm thinking study & working study it’s least 2 yesrs
But we both get social support
Idk if it’s not disability he’s a citizen then he can’t sponsor me?
Even if we live a yesr together?
& what about marriage?
This rule applies as well?
That if someone get social help when not disability
Thx

It's difficult to understand some of your questions. You need to write sentences and words in full.

If you want to live in Canada for a year to study and work then you need a study permit. You will need to pay international fees and will have to show a bank balance of at least $25,000 to be approved to show that you have enough money to pay for tuition and living expenses. Do you have at least $25,000 in savings?

If he is on social assistance for reasons other than disability - then he cannot sponsor you. It doesn't matter whether he is a citizen or not. He still cannot sponsor you.

I don't understand what you are asking about marriage.

If he receives social assistance for disability reasons, then he can sponsor you. However in that case you want to show that you are working and not on social assistance or this may impact your application and result in a refusal.

Just out of curiosity, when and how did you and your bf friend meet? Have you met in person?

If there are concerns that you will not be able to support yourselves even on disability you can be refused.

If we both working slight chance for refusing
I will study then we r 4 years of study & also while studibg find a job
& he can get me a PR right?
My question is
If he gets assistance but not due to disability,
He still can sponsor me after marriages?

No. Not if he is getting assistance that isn't due to disability. That has been explained many many times in this thread. If he is on welfare, he cannot sponsor you.

It is public policy in Canada that someone on social assistance cannot sponsor a spouse who will then also be on social assistance.

Unfortunately I think your profile is very weak and you should consider other ways of being together with your boyfriend.

What do u mean buy other ways?
Apartment & monthly money yet he is working
& so am I
I told him to check if that counts as a dissatisfy assistance
So u mean even if we both social assistance cuz of dissatisfy he can’t sponser me?
For me it’s cuz a disability reason

I really don't know how many ways I can write it. If your boyfriend is receiving welfare, for any reason other than disability, he is not allowed to sponsor you.

Why is he receiving assistance? Please explain clearly.
