At this time i will suggest you to go for single entry and must show enough ties to your home country.

Once you are approved for single entry then you can apply for multiple entry one.

If you want to be safe then apply for single entry

my husband's visa is rejected.
i have a feeling that we should have applied for single entry rather than multiple entry.
So, i would sincerely suggest for the "single entry" with a short time of visit. it will also strengthen your arguments for the "home ties"
