I called them today. They said for some reason, my file need additional review and it wont be in "normal processing" time. I am applying with a dependent. For my PR application, eligibility is not passed yet. Its still in process. This might be the reason in my case.

:( Best of luck. What could be the reason for this much delay? For me, i applied for bowp on 16th August. Still waiting. I don't understand why is it taking this much long for some of the applications. I have read in some posts, people are getting bowp within 2 months.

Sounds scary. I am on the same boat. Its more than 100 days now. I check my cic account more than 5 times a day to check any update. Fingers crossed.
