What does it show for the additional documents section below med section? Did you submit anything at all?

I had to submit RCMP check. Submitted Aug 15, now showing "Aug 17 - We are reviewing the documents...". Criminality has passed so they've already reviewed it.

I got off the call with Agent yet again, she mentioned recommended Pass is as good as Pass but just another layer of people looking at it, but the fact that we don't have a good enough visibility on the profile is killing and i have been stuck on this for 2 months now (Almost)

Medical - Passed - 21 July 2020
Biometrics - Passed - 07 Oct 2020
Eligibility - Recommended passed
Security - Passed
Criminality - in progress, since last 2 months it is still same

When called to the IRCC call center, the agents just say that the criminality check is in progress and a decision is pending...

does anyone know usually how long does it take for the criminality check ?... I had ordered GCMS notes earlier 2 months ago there I saw not by officer R10 Ok, Recommendation, pass Criminality.

I’ve been waiting for 3 months now my app was stuck in recommend passed. Still waiting

Same recommended pass since dec 5, rest all completed.


What i have learned so far is. Eligibility takes place in two steps.
1. After medical, case processing agent or case analyst gives recommendation after checking everything, like recommend passed, review required or MET or just Passed
2. After that officer reads that recommendation and finalize the eligibility, by writing Passed.

Some agents during initial, eligibility review, write PASSED only. I called on 4 jan, ircc call center agent told me my eligibility is recommend passed. But in the tracker it is showing , in progress. I know 4 people from whats app group who has eligibility recommend passed showing in progress. I have also seen many people who only have a initial review of eligibility but in their gcms notes agent has written Passed that is why it is showing Completed is the tracker. That might be because of tracker algorithm

@rabrakha @sbali any idea about eligibility not started ? Tracker shows that n agent confirmed the same ! I know the case analyst made some
Notes right after mep as I got a ghost update m this agent told me case analyst or someone made some initial notes which is done for everyone after mep n bil, I asked the agent if she can see something on eligibility - she told it’s not started ! Any idea what that might indicate?
