Well it's not unimaginable that there might be officers who will look for more reasons to deny people. I'm just saying, as far as they don't force them back to work.

Moreover, legislating back to work would only affect PAFSO members, not CIC. I would actually say that CIC would be relieved to have the burden of processing visas from 15 additional offices (aside from their own mandate) lifted and thus, there is no merit to your statement Patrick.
Well mate, while you are certainly entitled to your opinions and the right to express them, please be mindful of the fact that there are enough stressed-out folks here on this forum who could really do without this kind of unsubstantiated fear-mongering.
