Dear Ibabur my application package has been deivered to UoT address on 24th June ,i checked in fedex tracking system .Now please tell me if CES send you any email intimating that the documents are recieved or not ?

I had sent my application to CES on 21 May. and they received documents from my university by 03 June. They never send any email confirming receipt of documents. No update about how long it will take or If documents received were right.

I ll recommend WES because you can track progress of your application. If you ask CES about progress CES only send you standard reply that We cannot give update on individual cases. Once we received all documents, It ll be passed to processing stage.

They are useless.

Hi seniors, What should we write on the ECA application in the field of intended occupation. For example, if I am interested in the NOC category 4011 which is for University Professor/Lecturer. Do I need to write teaching or the full NOC category. I will get my DD tomorrow and will post my pack thereafter.

I received it from WES not CES. I had applied to both because CES was taking too long. Still waiting from CES. WES took around 21 days after they received my documents.

They do not check the details of document from employer, but they can call and confirm about your job duration and designation only.

Lets assume that i manage to make the roles and responsiblities document, do they cross check with the employer?

When applying for ECA you can put any NOC that you want to apply, also request the assessment service for extra copies as much as you are going to lodge applications in CIC, like if you are applying for 3 NOC categories then you need to prepare 3 applications packages for each category, so for each application package you will need separate copy of ECA, so order 2 extra copies of ECA to attach with the rest of CIC applications.

can anyone tell me that the result declared for education assement can be used to lodge for multiple NOC do i need to mention multiple NOC for Educational assessment.

can i mention multiple NOC in my visa application or do i need to lodge multiple visa applications.

Here is my understanding with CES according to my personal experience.
Your complete application package delivered on 24th June, CES will complete payment arround 1st July, they will check your documents and start assessment process arround 8th July, on this stage they will also let you know if something is missing, after this stage, they will complete assessment in 2 weeks roughly.
When they will get payment, they will email you the receipt with the payment they have got.
So just dont worry and wait according to rough estimations i wrote above, if some real confusion you can call on phone and ask them to clarify your confusion.

Thanks ibabur, Do they (CES or WES) write NOC category in our ECA report. I prepared a DD amounting 301 CAD for fees + courier delivery. Do you think a duplicate ECA is worth applying.

For me, yes it worth as if we need to apply in multiple NOC categories or later while in Canada we might require that, in current application if you apply for more copies then they will be including in the same courier charges, some later time if you need that then you will again need to pay the cost of sending application and receiving the courier from CES... so for safe side i have ordered 2 extra copies in additional to 2 copies they are providing.

No i dont think so that they will write NOC category on ECA, its illogical according to me, even if they write that than also no issue as CIC allows to use same original ECA for all sort of applications.

Not into my knowledge. I think form is self explanatory so you will not feel any issue filling that, you can ask questions here if some question create confusion

Can I add another demand draft in already prepared demand draft for a duplicate because still I did not send my application yet because of some delays in making demand draft and verification process.

Salam All

I am opting WES for my credential evaluation. I have an Australian Bachelor degree to go with the Master's Degree form the Uk. I just need to ask can i send WES the official transcripts myself along with the degrees or i need to request the universities to send the academic transcripts.

Do i need to get my HSSC certificate evaluated as well?? I am seeking an immediate response in this regard.
