I'm preparing the inland common law application and I notice that the Statutory Declaration of Common-Law form is not included in the inland package but only in the outland one. Is it really not necessary for inland application or can it be requested later (delaying the process)?
Thanks

Yes. It's optional, but if CIC requests it during the process (not very common) it will delay the process.

hi Ponga:

Do you know if it possible to start the 12 months living together in Canada.
My girlfriend has the Canadian citizen and we are planning to start living together on august 2016.
I know I cannot work during the 12 months and the time-lapse of the application but we have been saving money to do it in that way.
We just want to make sure if we are doing it in the right way.
I just have the visa as a tourist.
