Re: URGENT!!! got Email from CIC want IMM5490 IMM5409 is required, it's point 5 in the document checklist IMM5491E that you should have submitted with your application. We've done it the other day, takes 5 minutes at a notary and costs ~30$

I'm preparing the inland common law application and I notice that the Statutory Declaration of Common-Law form is not included in the inland package but only in the outland one. Is it really not necessary for inland application or can it be requested later (delaying the process)? Thanks
