Hello everyone,
My work permit under the Start-up Visa program will expire soon and I’m currently in Canada. I think I don’t need to extend my work permit because I can run my business in Canada from my home country (remotely). Will this affect my application (status with AOR number) for permanent residence? Please give me some advice. Thank you very much.

Here is an update on my application
applied : paper application in April 22 from India
temp file number : July 22
permanent file number : sept 23
however only two team members received it so far and three are yet to receive .
DO is an incubator.

Very happy for you. It took 37 months that processing time says. Did all other team members received approval at the same time? Did you file for the immigration on your own? If not who did the immigration work.
I heard not everyone in the team would be assigned to the same officer and it will take time for everyone to receive permanent file number.
