Timeline:
Applied PR online - September 2021
AOR, biometric - January 2023
ADR, medical examination - June 2023
PFL1 (proof of finance, military form) - July 2023, executed within 10 days.
PFL2 requires a police certificate, biometrics, travel, and family information - August 2023.
On the fifth day after PFL2 received PAL.

PFL2 required documents are still not submitted.

I received my e-COPR a week ago. 1 week after PR confirmation portal letter.
