Obviously though if a business happens to fail the day after you get PR that might get some focus, no way to predict if that might happen or not of course or even how that might come to anyones attention.

Apparently when you receive Canadian PR, Its good for 5 years. Your business goes bankrupt doesnt mean you lose your PR. Like the other person mentioned, thing happens. CIC will notice if your startup goes down the day right after you land, and it only affects your status when you have to renew it. Depends on how you are gonna explain to them the bankrupcy situation, you might still be able to renew your PR along with your residency obligation and stuff.

Few months ago My incubators told me that my file is up for a peer review.

Its been 2 months now i havent heard anything from cic and my incubators have not yet taken the peer review call.

Can some share thier experience with peer review .
How much time does it take for them to do the peer review and send the fairness letter ?
