I think if we guys stick together then even with the call center not providing us any information we can make an assessment of how the files are moving also making a a judgement when to request Atip's by sharing the results of our case status on Atip requests at different times, but seems very hard to get people to give their status, most are just happy to go thru the threads and not forthcoming with their own timelines.
Best is to organize a protest in front of the CIC office on St. Clair, then alert the media to our rally/protest. The conservatives hate it when the media spotlight is on their failed departments. The moments war veterans started protesting and the mainstream media began covering their rallies, their problems were fixed. Otherwise we can sit back here and bit(h and moan about our plight, yet nothing will happen. I need 5-8 individuals from this forum to join me for a 2-4 hour rally in front of St. Clair's CIC office. Any one?

The wait has been long and frustrating for us, I don't think we would like to further jinx it.

I can understand Rayan's frustration. I just looked at the '2014 RQ' thread and there is one post test RQ applicant who applied in August 2013 and goth his oath this June. So this is also a 'non-routine' applicant such as me and many others who are waiting since 2011-2012 time-frame. Why does a non routine applicant from 2013 recessives his\her (probably her :) ) oath before 2011-2012 non-routine applicants?

I would like to chime in. The information on the Atip is important and we CAN use it as a gauge for expected processing times, CIC's job is processing documents and they use the same dates we have access to (via the ATIP) to create their 'estimated wait time'. Each permit is unique and they will be outliers, some earlier, some later. Right now we are showing 74 working days between transferral to level 2 to approval, as we get more information we will be able to to pin down an approximate time range, for most people.

I guess my information has to be corrected on the sheet.

i applied Feb 2013 , RQ April 2013 , test feb 2014, according to ATIP : preliminary review completed and referred to level II on feb 2015 , but when i called CIC a few weeks ago , I was informed that my file was actually handed over to level II officer on May 1st 2015.

[I guess files still go into a queue to get assigned to level II...

i will get my new ATIP on june 12.

thanks for updating the sheet. its a great way to track each other's progress towards final decision.

i pray for all of us to get through the final decision as soon as possible .,

Thanks have updated your timeline...

About the info you got from the call center agent "about file being handed over to the level 2 officer" lets wait for your Atip to come in and see what exactly the new status is and accordingly we can add another column to the sheet.

Where are you able to get this information from ? We have all been waiting for more then this period, please check the sheet in my signature below, is there any other sheet from where I could derive the same conclusion about the 74 days, it would be very heartening if that were the case.

Citizenship Application sent feb 2013
RQ received by cic 05 july 2013
Test Feb 24 2014

My information is also in the excel sheet created in the 'Oath timeline after test at St Clair office' thread
Even earlier you have mentioned about this file (excel sheet) in the 'Oath timeline after test at St Clair office' thread, how do I get access to this file, I have gone thru 100's of posts in that thread but not been able to get the link to this elusive excel sheet :(

Please advice.

Dear all,
Thank you for your nice words. I did the oathing ceremony today. They only asked for landing form and PR card and the pink letter.
I think ordering ATIP and knowing the day your file is approved and granted, can give you a better estimation. In my case, this period was 3.5 month, but normally it is less than this.
Also, I have made the link OPEN TO EDIT by everyone.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Avwv2JB05vdtdGQ1eWZHenJncjE5dnZHak1MRVkxd2c&usp=drive_web#gid=2
I hope everyone who posts on the forum, update the table with his/her data. It would be better if someone control for missing data. I hope applicants that are not following the forum, be deleted somehow, not to give negative impression to others. I am sure that everyone will get their invitation very soon, it is just a matter of weeks. Wish you all the best and dont forget to enjoy the life itself...
Hope this helps you. The document was created by a user bravepeople. If you need any thing more you will have to contact him

That document had lot of users timelines but looks like the data there got corrupted. You need to contact the creator of that document to get a good copy.

Thats fine, I dont think that data is relevant anymore since its not been updated for months now, we will just keep track of relevant info and that would be

files having RQ that are at St Clair with

ATIP showing "RQ case-preliminary review completed; referred to level 2 decision maker for final decision"

File location showing "pilot decision - ready shelf"

vinaypuri updated his exact dates. This is 74 working days 105ish total days. He is the only one who has been approved so far. However he does not have an oath date, that is the final piece of of the puzzle. no one can predict when this will come.
