vinaypuri updated his exact dates. This is 74 working days 105ish total days. He is the only one who has been approved so far. However he does not have an oath date, that is the final piece of of the puzzle. no one can predict when this will come.
There are a lot of us who have crossed the 74 working days mark, so for sure it's an exception and not a trend, further vinaypuri still has to receive the Atip, once he receives the same am sure he will provide us the timeline of the changes in status more accurately.

Wishes and hopes keeps us alive and help to deal with our frustrations. Facts are different for every body. I was monitoring many peoples timelines closely who's situations were similar to mine till 2014. And then i stopped because most of them got their oaths till the end of 2014 and i am still waiting.

It means it doesn't matter if some ones timeline is similar to yours because he/she can get oath earlier than you and you might be waiting for another year or more

so then let me also say that in 2 weeks we will get our cases decided, so the count down for the oath begins now :)

even hopes should be based on some trends, and for gods sake please we know these are only trends, lets not be preachy here, I atleast am not here to share my sorrows, I am here to see what the trends indicate, and for sure people here are not dumb to take the trends at face value, we take a trend as a trend, thats it.

43 months and still waiting!!
File transferred to a mentor for further check. I think next step, file will be transferred to Mr. Harper for further check and then to queen Elizabeth for final decision!!!
I feel with the time it is taking CIC to process our files that we have applied for the citizenship to heaven.
It's not getting frustrating- it's getting ridiculous and disgusting at the same time.
Hi Moe, not sure if it will help to get the timeline for Nyork to the sheet, doesnt seem like he has got his Atip, lets keep the posts in the thread limited to

files having RQ and and are at St Clair with

ATIP showing "RQ case-preliminary review completed; referred to level 2 decision maker for final decision"

File location showing "pilot decision - ready shelf"

Even though what he has written indicates that what he means by "mentor" could be "level 2 decision maker" if we keep following such indication our sheet will be filled with non relevant information.

I have though sent him a private message to clearly indicate his status and if similar to share it with us.

Do we know if there is any official time given to the Level 2 decision maker once file is assigned to her/him to make a final decision?
60 days? 180 days? or more...? :'(

As far as I know, all our files have been referred to a level 2 decision maker and for sure there is no indication as of now of the time period as to when decision will be made on the file.

We don't even have a clear indication of the steps in between the file being referred to a Level 2 decision maker and the decision being made.

Have seen some posts where applicants have mentioned that the file that was in "referred" stage has been now " assigned" but this is based on information received by the applicant over the phone thru a call center agent, until someone gets an Atip that clearly indicates a step taken further to "Preliminary review completed, referred to level 2 decision maker " we will just have to wait.

Hi hope there is some good news for u soon, please do share with us the status of your file and the status at each stage while your file was in St Clair and since then at the local office.

Again my best wishes to u.
