Re: @ St Clair-RQ-Preliminary review completed, referred to level 2 decision maker Yes, they renewed all the security clearances again before sending it to Level 2 officer. Probably it took them 2 months to get all security clearances renewed.

Re: @ St Clair-RQ-Preliminary review completed, referred to level 2 decision maker There is no need to have a valid PR card on oath day. Don't worry. You are required to surrender your PR card (expired or valid) before taking oath. You are also required to take along with you the landing...

Re: @ St Clair-RQ-Preliminary review completed, referred to level 2 decision maker There is no harm is ordering ATIP. It probably only helps a bit to push the file forward. Never heard of it effecting in negative way to any one. You can order once in 2 months probably as it takes 30 days...

I hear you freebird3000. We are all in the same boat of frustration. I also passed my test in Feb 2014 and still waiting with no progress, just that it went to Level 2 officer and waiting. I would recommend you order ATIP may be it will help to push just a little further maybe.
