Hi , My brother and his wife both lives in NewZealand on workpermit. Now we got LMO in Canada as truck driver in NOC C category and we have applied for his workpermit and we have also included his wife name with in application for visitor visa. We hope she got visitor visa and once she comes to Canada we can apply for visitor record and there is possibility she might get visitor record at airport when she arrives. I just want to know do you think she can get visitor visa? If there is open-workpermit option for NOC A,B. Then at least immigration will provide visitor visa to NOC C spouse. So family can stay together. What do you think about this situation? Please provide me your suggestion and advice.
