Spouse visitor visa

Hello all,
Any idea, how long to get spouse residency with in Canada and if we apply out side of Canada?
and which one is easier process?

Please advise, is there any way we could bring the spouse from overseas apart from visitor visa? like any
dependency visa interim to live together in Canada?

for inland, the wait is 1.5-2 years. for outland the wait is dependant on the visa office.

most likely not. Canada doesn't have a dependant visa. The options are visitor, study or work permit.
