im answering the forms (draft) and may tanung ako.

para dun sa application to sponsor and undertaking, ilagay ko ba ung surname ng asawa ko then my surname since were married? kasi for all the other forms na kailngan ung name ko, ung surname ko lng ang nilagay ko since hindi ko pa napapalitan ang apelyido ko sa mga govt id's.

and for the non-accompanying members (para ba ito sa asawa ko? or sa akin - sponsor?) non accompanying member ay mga kapatid at magulang ba? since wala pa kaming anak.

pasensya na kung matanong. sana matulungan nyo kami habang nagiintay kau na makuha mga visas ninyo. hehe! i want to learn from your experiences din. thanks!

thats ok girl, ganyan din ako nun una matanong..hehe..anyway, regarding your question..make sure its consistent, i mean kung surname ng asawa mo ginamit mo then it should also be for the rest of the forms, same maiden mo naman ginamit mo dapat sa lahat ng forms yun din gamitin mo. sa amin kasi ang ginawa namin para smooth daw ang process pinachange ko na lahat ng docs and ids ko to my husband's lastname para maayos lahat ng papers. but its ok din naman daw kung maiden name mo gamitin mo for application.

yeah, medyo matagal na nga sis. i know how you feel, kung ako yan magwoworry din talaga ako.. but what else can we do besides worrying and hoping and praying and waiting..parang wala naman ibang way.. pinakamatagal na nakakuha ng visa is 9 days and nalampasan mo pa yun. i dont think it would add to your waiting kapag pumunta ka sa office nila or call kasi DM ka naman na eh. baka kasi hindi pa nila nakita yun send mong pic mo.

i know! ganyan din sinabi ko last week sa asawa ko. sick and tired and nearly loosing hope..then after a week see what i got..isesend na nila visa mo sa monday! and not later than friday this coming week..and isasabay na daw nila yun visa ko!!! hehe.. ;D relax girl..dadating at dadating yan, thats for sure!
