Spouse Sponsorship_How to follow up?!

Hi,
We applied for a Spouse sponsorship from outside Canada through CIC.
We got approved and we were invited to send the Quebec papers and initiate the application.
We sent the papers to Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Diversité et de l'Inclusion by courier.
And now, we don't know how to follow up\check on status!

Any advice please?

I think its better for you to call MIDI, you can find their number in Quebec Immigration Website.
