Yes Sir, I agree with you. However, I was having certain tasks to complete which took this much time.

As I will be going in January for 22 days now and in the past I have stayed 30 days already. This means lastly I can get in Canada by 22nd May, 2019 ( as my landing dtae is 1st April, 2016). Only by this way, I will be able to complete 730 days inside canada under RO. Please advise if my calculation is correct. (I know this will leave me in no window fo emergebcy leave, i ll try to get in week or two before).
@canuck78 @canuck_in_uk Hello there, I am in canada and I met one of the ICCRC members about my situation. They informed me that if Border security wishes too, they can stop me at immigration and do not let me enter.

I have stayed 30 days in April, 2016 and has come now to stay for another 22 days until 9th feb.

I will come back on 12th May, 2019 to complete my remaining RO. This will leave me with only 10 days extra time for any emergency but my concern is will they let me into Canada. Because I will be moving after resigining from my Job and will be in a difficult sitauton if they do not let me in at that time. Kindly help.

CBSA cannot stop you from entering. PRs have the right of entry to Canada.
