@armoured Can you answer the question? Does sponsor sign 5476 as a spouse of PA incase if sponsor is actually the representative of PA?
its like I am authorizing myself to be a rep of PA. There is a field on form under : 10 > Section D> Your declaration> Signature of spouse or common-law partner for sponsorship application
I don't know how they can make this clearer: the representative (the person appointed by the applicant) signs where it says "signature of representative." If the sponsor is going to be the representative, then the sponsor signs here.

The applicant signs where it says "signature of applicant." Because the sponsor is not the applicant, the sponsor does not sign here.

The spouse signs on the next line, "signature of spouse."

I am not the spouse or the common law partner. I am the conjugal partner of Principal Applicant. Do I have to sign here? Please answer in yes/no.

and for someone who is confused like me:

If he/she is the spouse/common law partner and the representative too do he/she needs to sign here? Please answer in yes/no.

Pardon me, English is a bit hard to understand for me because it is my second language plus, I need more words maybe due to ADHD.

Thanks a ton, in advance.

I do not know what you mean by 'here.'

Yes, conjugal partner signs where the spouse/common law partner does.

If he/she is the spouse/common law partner and the representative too do he/she needs to sign here? Please answer in yes/no.
I do not know which 'here' you are referring to.

In your case: the applicant is the person being sponsored. You are (for the purposes here) the spouse. If you are also going to be the representative, then yes, you are the representative. If it says spouse of the applicant, then yes, you are the applicant.

If this is difficult, I strongly suggest you get someone with better English to help you read and complete the forms, and ask them to check them all for you as well.
