If I understand the question, you want to know if you should include IMM5444 right?

If that's the question, then no, IMM 5444 is not required as part of a Sponsorship Application.

;)thanks for your immediate response, can you help me or guide what is the all I need to submit if I am applying for the application to spouse sponsorship living outside Canada?
I just want to make sure that I have send all documents needed. Thanks you so much :) :)

What's the Principal Applicant's country of origin? There will be a country-specific check list, as well as the general check list.

That's for outside Canada. Make sure you read through the guides carefully, including the guide for the country your spouse lives in (assuming you are the sponsor). The checklists provide lists of all documents you need.

I'm living here in Philippines (applicant) and my husband is in Vancouver Canada ( my sponsor),
Another question, Do I need to include also my medical and 2 photos in my application? Because it was included in Philippine checklist.

You should include your medical and photos.

Thank you,
But do I need a referral before to I will undergo for my medical, since there is authorize hospital for medical.
And as per my research, my application will be assess first in Canada embassy then if it is approve they will send it to Philippine embassy.

Am I right?

If you have yet to do it, then I would wait until they ask for it. But that would be my preference. I know they are only valid for one year, so I would want to have them done when CIC was ready for them. However, yes you need to find a CIC panel physician: http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx . You will need to work out scheduling with them.

For outland applications, the Sponsor is evaluated first (at CPC-Mississauga if I understand the process for outland), then once Sponsorship Approval is finished, it will be transferred to a Visa Office that handles the Philippines -- Manilla I think?

EDIT: It's in the country specific guide http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/3905e.pdf page 6.

Very informative! Thanks!

If my husband will send our application by next month (January).
Maybe how long it will takes? I mean, how many months my papers will be done?

Hi there, you have to include your medical with your application. go to the authorize medical centres and tell them your doing
an upfront medical for canada, they will give you a form that you have to send to your sponsor along with all other forms required.
He will them submit it CPC office. At the moment we are looking at 4 to 6 months if your application has no red flags on it

Do I need to provide IMM1017E? Because it was also a requirement for my medical?

Or what are those requirement I need to bring when I will undergo medical in st. Luke's?

Can I go there walk in or I need to scheduled?

I would recommend that you go onto CIC website and get a list of their panel of doctors in the Philippines and ahve your medical done and included in the entire Application package you will be sending to CIC for review...processing time for the phillipines is 12 months, so possibility exist that you will get a response within the 12 months because CIC is doing their best to speed up the process...Also, if time is counting down with regards to medical expiry date coming up then you can always e-mail CIC and let them know that you haven't heard anything and the medical will be expiring soon...

bottom line is, I had my husband completed his medical in order to submit with the Complete Package...doesnt matter which country you're from we are all filling out the same Application on CIC website.
