Spouse sponsorship - Digital signature

Hello all,

I am sponsoring my wife and she sent me her digital signature and introduced me as her representative.
However, Adobe Acrobat does not allow me to digitally sign the documents (on behalf of my wife who is away from me).

Have you faced the same problem before? If so how did you address it?

Forms cannot be digitally signed. Must be in ink. You will need to send her the completed forms and have her sent the signed ones back

Thanks but I didn't see anywhere in the instructions that says signatures MUST be inked. Did you see any statements anywhere in the immigration website?
