I am so sorry for your son, but did you guess send birth certificate? that should help you a lot

yeap my wife has send the birth certificate and all the other medical reports like .. MRI, CT scan, etc... more than a month ago ... but still no reply from CHC-I ...

Did you explain your situation in the email you sent to CHC-I? If you did and got the reply you said you did, then ask your wife to contact her area's MP and tell him/her the situation. If that doesn't help in any way then there is no other option but to tell your wife to come to Pakistan so atleast your son can get the treatment he needs and your wife can get the support she needs. Does she really have to be in Canada? For women its not as hard to go back to the husbands in Pakistan in such situation, but it is harder for a husband to quit the job and live with his wife in Pakistan. There are a few options to look into, but CIC is taking on average about 16months for a process and according to your timeline that will be in Aug/Sept 2011 for you if everything goes smooth. May Allah shower his blessings and grant him fast recovery!

Thanks for your reply ... yes i did explain the whole situation in the e-mail and all the proofs and medical reports has been sent to them by my wife more than a month ago ...My son is under medical treatment there and i guess the Doctors are not allowing him to leave canada while he is in under observation and i've heard from some people that if my wife come to pakistan the CIC-I will delay the process further ..... But now i m thinking to go to islamabad myself and talk to them about all this.... or go to any human rights organization to seek help from ..... is this a good idea??

Allah bless your son,but CHC-I they wont take any action with emails you have to fax them or call them or if possible that your wife go to Islamabad Immigration Section.Because now they are taking longer then before.Hope they make process faster.

UPDATE on my side...

So yes they have started working on March2010 AORs. Exactly after 11month, finally my wife has received her first letter from the embassy after the AOR asking for Updated PCC and updated forms (IM0008, additional family, and supp form)

Hi everyone I am new here.I live in Canada,Mississauga.I got married in Pakistan on 29th april,2010.I applied for spouse sponsor send my file to CPC-MISSISSAUGA on 29th september got acknowledge letter on 10th November after this letter I have not received any reponse I gave them all marriage proof with picture with banquet hall invoice telephone bills greeting cards but they taking long time.Everytime I email Islamabad Immigration Sectorthem to make process faster all the time they send me same email saying.

I feel so sad to read about your Son... May Allah cures him and gets him well and perfect soon InshaAllah (Ameen) Brother I will advise you to ask your wife to contact her local MP (member parliment) and explain him eveything with documentry proofs.. I believe MP will help cuz they have access to the embassy and they will find out some way to expidit your application and process it on priority basis so you can take care of your wife and son...

You should hear good news in a month or so, i believe that will help alot, and tell your wife to send them letter that she need you beside her.
