Spouse sponsorship canceled

Hi member,
I have a question I got my visa and COPR through spouse sponsorship. He came to my country to get me from Canada but things did not work out due to his misunderstandings so he left me and cancel my ticket. And when he reach to Canada he inform the immigration officer about the separation. After he left me, I bought another ticket so that I can go there and resolve this misunderstanding with him, but when I reached the airport they told me my Canadian visa is canceled as well as my COPR. Now i am unable leave this country and travel to Canada. Online status now shows application “in process”also got the message from immigration saying; “our office has received information regarding your application which impacts the decision that was made. The permanent residence visa and confirmation of permanent residence (COPR) issued to you have been cancelled and the application has been re-opened for further review. We request that you return your passport and the COPR to the visa office to cancel the visa.”
I really don’t know what to do and can’t find any help. I’m stuck back here and my husband left me all alone like this. however I m not yet divorced so is there anything that can help me to appeal or can get back my visa. Can someone please guide me.

You asked this and it was answered in another thread. You need a TRV to enter Canada so you need to apply for one. This is just to visit not work or live. Or you apply on your own through Express Entry programs. You can't get COPR back if your husband is the main applicant and cancelled it.

Have you applied for a TRV yet as you were advised to do a few weeks ago? That is your only option.

No, you cannot appeal or get your COPR visa back.

No, you can not get that PR visa back as the sponsor has withdrawn/cancelled that sponsorship application before you landed in Canada to become a PR.
As other responses, if you want to go to Canada, you would need to either apply for a TRV (temporary stay) or Express Entry (PR).
Third option is with your husband, he could again sponsor you with a new sponsorship application but learn its difficulties from both personal & application scrutiny level before considering.

Impossible to say if IRCC will cancel or you’ll be able to save the application. No harm trying. At the minimum would suspect an interview may be necessary.

No worries guys thank you for all the answers we have been together for 7 years and it’s been very taught last a year for both of us and he went out of his way and try to punish me which he was hurt but anyway we are down for interview no problem at all thank you for any answers will definitely help
