Just have a question for those who applied recently for spouse (outside canada)sponsorship ….can we apply it online through new Ircc portal or we have to apply by paper application?

Why is it preferred? Last time I checked, the online route is still in pilot. If you use it, you are volunteering to be IRCC's guinea pigs.

Thank you. I ended up doing via MAIL as it seems to be easier to get the Open WP at the same time.

Have you posted your timeline in another thread? I'm interested in seeing the timing for Spousal Inland with OWP

I would think this is inland application as it was way too fast.. but let’s see..

August 18 eligibility review completed
August 22 AIP sent to PA
