For Outland Sponsorship, if the sponsor gets pregnant. How to inform them ? Because in application forms I cant find anywhere to enter the details.
It is for person being sponsored not for the sponsored person :/
I got married in Dubai, so the marriage certificate is in Arabic. I had it translated into English by a legal translator and then attested by Ministry of Justice and Foreign Affairs.bonty said:you can get original PCC from Dubai, other docs you need to get notarized, you may get attestation through your country's Embassy in UAE.
This notarization is good enough, provided you are enclosing the copy with original notarization stamps, same goes for Arabic marriage certificate, you will enclose copy of the original but this copy needs to be a notarized true copy.torontormcf said:I got married in Dubai, so the marriage certificate is in Arabic. Is this what you mean by having the translation notarized?

So instead of sending a certified copy of the translated document, you suggest sending the translation with original attestation stamps?bonty said:This notarization is good enough, provided you are enclosing the copy with original notarization stamps, same goes for Arabic marriage certificate, you will enclose copy of the original but this copy needs to be a notarized true copy.
Are you applying from Islamabad and your files were forwarded to London ? Your passport request will be from Pakistan unless you have requested for file transfer to Abu Dhabi. Islamabad Passport Request took about 3-4 weeks ( as per my friend who also applied from Islamabad )khan jee said:hi, i applied for spouse sponsorship in May 2013 when i was in pakistan....i came to dubai in december 2013....and i got re medical request in November 2014...i did my remedical last week here in dubai...and i have been told that i will be asked for passport soon....so my question is where would i submit my passport? i mean either in UAE or in Pakistan, Plus how long is it gonna take for the passport request and then back stamped with visa..besides that my immigration file is in UK office.
In addition to what bonty mentioned, " To ensure that your application is correctly processed, you must advise us immediately, in writing, either by e-mail, mail of any change of marital or common-law status (marriage, separation, death, etc.), the birth of a child or a pregnancy. You must also inform us of any change of professional situation (new job, unemployment, studies, work term or internship, etc.) for yourself and any person 18 years old or over who are included in your application."Ys246 said:Hi
