Please do you know how long to get the PP back? My PP was received on the 30th of November & up till now i have not received it back. Plz what is happening?

some people have received within 10 working days and for some people it took upto 20 working days too, you may write to ADVO as soon as 13 working days pass, in your case it has already.

That is the processing from the time it was submitted here in Canada not from the time submitted to abudhabi

Its same with me they received my pp on 30th of nov but still didt heard anything from them and two days before i emailed them but till now they didn't even replied now i am super worried :'(

Hi marioaziz86! Send them an email with a subject top urgent! i did same thing and they replied to me right away. I told them that I will be travelling on 9th January so I need my passport back to cancel my gulf visa. They will provide you the aramex airway bill number if they happen to send you pp out for delivery. Best of Luck!

just a general knowledge question, once i get my spouse visa (inshaAllah soon) can i travel from my home country or shall i have to travel from UAE only? which one is the better option in terms of carrying luggage and shipment to Canada. i heard for the 1st time i can take my all home stuff through sea shipment for free, is it true?

please advise, as i am thinking to do some shopping for my house in Canada but confused if i can take that everything or no :/ :-\

Yes you can travel from your home country and regarding your extra luggage its totally depends on you you can send it by any option, yeah its tax free for the first year starting from your landing date but you have to collect it by yourself so shipp it accordingly otgerwise it will cost you more.

Its only Tax free, any commercial carrier will charge you for the shipment, shipping rates are around 10 to 12 AED per KG.

also please remove the stat holidays i.e 2 dec national day holidays...
you should be receiveing the pp dispatched in this week i guess!

No I have not ordered notes - and they have never asked, anything from us till today - don't know if that is a good thing or a bad thing ! When was your case last updated as per the notes ?
