They have mentioned that visa will be valid until 20 October 2015.

Have to make an entry before that and I will have to cancel my residency of SA. ;D

I received an email yesterday afternoon at 2:09 pm Dubai time and they only asked for Passport and 2 photos and a return AWB.

yes I am the sponsor. No he was not asked to cancel. yup the processing for here was done on my canadian passport sponsored through my husband.
