Asim, it looks like we are in the same boat. My status changed to in process today. I hope our re-re-visit date isnt after another 120 days! I think our security checks take longer than other countries.

My timeline for reference:

App filed: 11 Oct 13
Doc req and AOR: 13 Jan 14
Med Request: 14 Jan 14
In Process: 20 April 14

just to clarify this email from ADVO.

You must include a fully completed Aramex airway bill or a self-addressed C4
or C5 envelope. These must include your complete name, physical address (no PO
Box), and phone number (country code + area code + phone number) If you do not
write your address CLEARLY on your return airway bill, your passport(s) may be lost
in transit.

1. do i need to send it by aramex only or other courier is okay?

2. what is this C4/C5 envelope? my understanding is i'll write down my full address and put it in the envelope together with my passport. please correct me if I'm wrong.

thanks in advance :)

I think all of us who are in proccess are having security checks conducted. According to my calculation our apps could be revisited after 30 days. I could be wrong though.

Oh I never knew there were secondary checks. My husband is from Kuwait and was granted a 10 year multiple entry visa during the process.

I'm just guessing. I got a single entry visa before we applied for sponsorship as well. I think trv and pr security checks differ.

All courier companies have Visa package services available but Aramex might be cheaper. I know DHL charges a lot of money for its VisaPak service and so do the TNT Skypak. These courier companies would themselves do the needful i.e. the return airway bill & addresses etc. hence you don't need to worry.

I have seen some where before that their official partners are aramex

Welcome to the group ketocdn! I myself have been a silent follower as well; My husband and i applied for his sponsorship Nov 2013 and just got PPR on Apr 7th, 2014. We sent in our docs, whose receipt was confirmed by Aramex on the 10th of April, 2014. It has been 10 days already and I'm getting worried, as our ecas changed to in process, just after receiving PPR. I've noticed on the forums people generally get their PPs back pretty soon if the entire processing time is short. PPR was totally unexpected, but I've gone from thrilled to terrified now. :(
