hi munchkin08! my husband is also living in toronto ontario. just a question for option c printout usually how long will it take for him to get this? and he's currently studying and receiving student loan or OSAP as they call it. will it affect his approval as a sponsor?

Hi

You can call CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) to get the Option C and if I'm not mistaken, it takes about 10 business days to receive it in the mail. Student loans or OSAP should not have any negative implication to your immigration process. However I would still include a letter stating how your husband plans on supporting you once you come to Canada, for example if your living with your parents etc, a letter from your parents that you'll be living with them until your husband finishes school and finds a job and so on..... Affidavits from family and friends knowing of your relationship would also be beneficial.
