Hi guys, my husband was asked to come in for an interview on April 16th,,,,,,, I have no idea what to expect... they didn't ask him to bring in any
documents accept for his passport and the interview request form...

Any ideas as to what kind of questions he might have??

At least you have now an idea where are you at. Unlike us, we do not know what's going on our application. I know everything will be fine, just make sure your husband knows everything what's on your application.
I do hope we get some news too...

Hi everyone just like to ask another question. On ecas my address is showing like (e.g.) "abha road 7762, Doha Qatar"....wherein 7762 is the PO box number...The normal format should be "P.O. Box 7762,abha road, Doha Qatar". On ecas as shown, the "P.O. Box" si not shown only the number, im afraid it might be mistaken as normal number for bldgs./houses. on my application I have submitted the correct format..

How is your address shown in your ecas?

My address in Ecas is also the same.. King Fahad street 6519, Jeddah... 6519 should be the P.O box and 21452 is the zip code... Maybe thats the way they usu. write it in the Ecas, so no worries.. You are not alone hehehe

Hi seeuuu,,,for the first time did they just ask him for his passport and no other documents,, im a bit curious because they didn't ask my husband to bring anything at all accept his passport too,,, are you sure he was just asked for passport....

first time when he rejected they asked him to bring your passport and when they start asking question he made so many mistake they met before and he said no in interview just stupid mistake. Second time they both received interview letter and both came up different answer and this time she wait 2 years and she appeal from toronto now they ask for police certificate hopefully he can get visa this time my friend have one daughter and new born son now but husband is stuck in Pakistan.

Yeah first time they asked only for passport. why you are so worried sweet heart I will pray for you dont worry every thing will be fine and u know very well every one is different. His case was in Pakistan yours is Abu Dhabi might be different rules so just pray and relax

Are you PR holder? because if yes there is only one difference between citizen and PR holder. Only Citizenship holder can apply from outside of Canada & PR holder must have to appear in Canada plus have to have job when you are applying, except that all process is same for PR & Citizenship holder.
