Hello zbaby - Welcome to the forum, this is a little tricky as you will have to submit original form, and both the Sponsor and applicant have to sign. In our case I (sponsor ) filled in all the forms, signed and marked the places where my wife (applicant) needs to sign. I then sent the forms via DHL to her in Dubai , she signed them and sent them back via (DHL ).

It helps if you know someone travelling back and forth , then you can give them the forms and hopfully save some money on DHL. All the best.

thanks Impresso, i am filling this form for my sponsor, just confused on the signatures section. in the middle it says "Signature of Sponsor's spouse or common-law partner (if co-signer) does it require our signatures if yes who will sign here? applicant or sponsor?

Hello igay - thank you for the kind words - we all need to get through to this together insha'Allah . Your case is very interesting that your status hasn't changed yet, but then again we can't rely much on ECAS. Have you ordered any notes in the past ?

You're most welcome Impresso. I really appreciate the info and encouragement u have shown to me.I don't know what's wrong with my application. My ecas doesn't change but i was requested to do medical reassessment and complied within 1 month. Have it done last nov 10 and sent it on nov 27. I did not odered for notes yet. Do u think changing my address can also cause for the delay of the processing of my ppers? I never lose hope that I can get ppr soon too.

Visa office in Amman is responsible for iraq, syria jordan. usually DMP are informed of CIC medical requirements, they however assume that every one who is coming for medical has been requested to do medical by cic either in Skilled worker calss or family sponsorship class. if you let them know that this is upfront medical for family sponsorship they should understand, or otherwise they can clarify with Amman visa office.

its 12 business days, that I have sent my husband's passport. My exit date is just next week, I must leave Dubai.... do you recommend that I drive to Abu Dhabi tomorrow to inquire about his pass!?

No need to worry, if you are going to a DMP who is listed on CIC site then they know their job.
