Hi mzm26 - The additional family information is a form, included in the Part II application forms for the principal applicant. As a sponsor you do have to fill this in. Do refer to the document checklist and you should have a better Idea. Do let us know if you have any more questions.

Thanks a lot Impresso.

I referred to document checklist and it says " sponsored person and each family member" that is pretty clear to me now. but the confusing part is that when I fill in the form for myself do I leave the "Applicant" section blank and fill in rest with mine and my family information. Because if I still write applicant name as my wife's and rest with my family information how would they know the difference in sponsor family information and sponsored family information.

Thanks for the wishes everyone! SO MANY UPDATES! looks like ADVO is processing quickly. God willingly we receive passport request asap! Does anyone know how long it takes? We are waiting for the police certificate request letter and then will send it to ADVO.

When you are filling the forms, all information pertaining to yourself has to be entered. You are an applicant now.

Hi Nainanaina,

If everybody is willing to mention their nationality, I could include the same on the sheet.

Would you able to tell me the form number you are having trouble with - I could look into it for you . E.g IMM XXXX

In all honestly - I do not really think this brings about any value to the spreadsheet - Instead if one wishes they could place their country flag in their profile, in order to identify Nationality - incase they would like to have a personal communication with any members.

Welcome to the thread mccague - We can certainly help you out to the best of our ability.

Are you referring to part 3 of this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp#immigrate IMM 3911 ?
I applied for an out land sponsorship for my spouse and was told by a lawyer, that at this point in time we do not have to fill this in until asked by ADVO and so far I haven't got any additional document request.

To my understanding - there are 2 pages in that form IMM 3911 which is for Abu Dhabi Residents, and it is required for Sponsor who are residing in Abu Dhabi. I would urge other members to shed some light into filling up this form.
