Spouse sponsorship Abu Dhabi office

Just a quick question guys,, as im really confused on this,,,, I am the sponsor and waiting for my spouse in Canada... I've just started a new job and have a job offer letter which I need to submit along with my NOA to Abu Dhabi,,,,,, do I have to send it to my husband in Dubai whom I am sponsoring to send it on my behalf or can I simply send it to to Abu Dhabi myself???

would greatly appreciate your reply's....

It looks like they will ask you for additional documents very soon! Did you check online? What's you status there and of the sponsor?

Hopefully we get an email very soon.. As for the status, nothing's changed.. Still "application received"..

Have you received your NOA yet? In my opinion, you can send it directly to Abu Dhabi as those are your own files. Just don't forget to note your husband's name & file number on those documents.. But then again, this is just my opinion, not sure if correct...

I'll just wait few more weeks before I ask the MP. We didn't get AOR but they confirmed that they have our files when they responded in out email. I guess that's enough already, as long as they have our files, it's ok.

Mr. Abu Ayaan, just i have one question according to your Experience in Abudhahi office,,,, i have received an additional Documents Request and i have send all by 15/12/2012.. what is the next step ?? when they will ask me for my passport to issue me the visa ??

Hi! Same as mine.. I've sent all the docu last november 2012 and until now I am waiting so it's almost 2 months. For the other applicants it took only 1 month or sometimes 3 months. So hope for the best of luck

Do background checks commence once they start processing your file??? I'm just really confused now because they asked to resubmit the schedule A form on December 4th,,, which is the background declaration form..... I submitted it on Jan 6th for the second time... does that mean until that day, they didn't start my husband's background checks???

Thank you very much for your reply,,, the documents requested was proof of comm. during 2012, full passport copy of sponsor, payment of RPRF, full background of my travails since 10 years back as per my passport's stamps,,, complete the form IMM 5549,,,

I have sent all this documents by 15/12/2012 and still waiting for passport request

My question is when they ask for this kind of Documents and payment of (RPRF), is that means unformal approval to issue the visa ???? and next step is the passport request ????
