Hi,

My spouse Indian passport is going to expire on Feb-2017.Will it affect her citizenship application if she send the doc in month of Dec-2016.Secondly $630 is applicable /head or each member in family has to pay $630.

Each adult applicant has to pay the $630 fee.

No worries. You can apply in Dec and once the passport gets renewed (if you want to renew), just send the copy of the new one for their records. If you are not renewing, it would be good to indicate that in the CIT covering letter.
 
Can it be possible that I and my daughter apply now for Citizenship and my spouse will apply later as she has to appear for English proficiency test .Hence for her it will take time.
 
My spouse want to give English Proficiency test-which one will be easier she want to know.She has to give full IELTS i.e S-,R-,W-,L OR any particular section will be tested.
 
You can apply for yourself and your daughter if you both are eligible to apply. Your wife can apply later. in case, during interview, it is asked why you didn't apply together then tell that your wife had to do language proficiency test. If you can wait and apply all together then you can apply all together as well.

She can do IELTS General (not academic) or CELPIP -G or CELPIP-G LS
