What is the wait time for inland application both me and my wife are here in canada

Inland SOWP is being processed faster (in less than 45 days) than SOWP applied outside Canada.

Netz is a paper applicant.

The guy who got approval today is a paper applicant as well.

Guys, my wife received this email notification today about your processed passport has been dispatched from Canada visa office New Delhi to Canada visa application centre New Delhi.

What does this notification means ? Any idea ?

I'm very anxious now.

Does CIC notify us about the receipt of medical? The hospital said they sent the medicals 2 days back but my attorney says she hasn't recieved any notification yet.

I believe its approved the! Do you have your application Number? If you do try going on this website and put the required info it will tell you the status.

No, we did not receive any application number. VFS only gave tracking ID

Atleast one of the email should be from IRCC. VFS send email to notify you the passport has been dispatched from their end and you should be able to track the passport using the tracking id via website of the courier company (If you paid for courier).

If no email has been received from CIC, you have to wait for another 24 hours to get the email. If you still didn't get it, you have to wait till you receive the passport to know the outcome.

I am working here as Noc B category job in toronto from last 1 Month. My spouse has two previous rejections. ( 1 as a visitor and other as owp). I want to apply her owp again. I have a question what i need to show in my job letter, do my employer must write the Noc code and must specifying the skilled category? And after getting noc b category job so how many months do i have to wait to apply her owp because i am on this job from last month.
Help will be highly appreciated.

Applied on 21 March VFS Delhi Paper application

Approved on 21st April !!

Would you mind sharing what are the reasons to refuse your spouse's previous applications? Did you get GCMS for both refusals?

I persume you are on PGWP. The letter from your employer should state your salary, your designation and your duties and responsibilities in the job.

Please refer to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/noc.asp to get details on your duties and responsibilities that CIC expect to have in the particular job. You can also reconfirm your NOC code and category.

It would be helpful if your employer confirms the NOC code and category. As PGWP is treated as a open work permit, the burden of proof is on you to prove the visa officer that you belong to NOC 0, A or B.

Proving NOC level is the vital part of your application as you are on PGWP.

You must fulfil the requirements in Section C-41 of the IRCC visa regulations. You can check more details on it here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/work/opinion/policy.asp

You should have 1-2 month payslips but usually applicants submit with minimum 3 month payslips.

In addition to above, you should also take the concerns mentioned by the visa office in the GCMS notes for the previous refusals.
