I applied online on 25th March its exactly 2 months still i havent heard about anything but on 7th may we have an update saying medicals review in progress did u get any update like that before they sent you a medical request. we are eagerly waiting for medical request.

ya we applied through lawyer in Canada. We have the access to my cic. we dont know what to do they are taking so much time.

They are not doing the process in a que i guess..

Did u got a message in mycic when you got the medical request. my wife done her medical last year when we applied first time it was expired. I thinking they are thinking about the medicals i hope.

I really don't know what was in mycic and how it functions. Lawyer has access to it.
Don't worry. Everyone's case is not dealt the same way. All you need to have is patience.
If its through a lawyer then you surely must have submitted the exact required papers, you will get a postive reply.
Stay positive about the whole procedure.

Sad news.my wife application for sowp was denied.. reason is purpose of visit and familt ties in home country and in canada. Anybody has the same situation?thx

Medicals Done: May 20, 2015 (Fortis Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore)
Visa Approved: May 29, 2015

Filed online on 26 March, no update. Uploaded a cpl of documents online to CHC delhi, received a mail yesterday informing that our file is in processing at CHC Chandigarh. That's it. Processing time for Chandigarh says 4 months. Let's see...

I have applied for my OWP (paper based application) on April 23 as my husband is graduate international student at Univeristy of saskatchewan , at VFS Chandigarh, without medical.... did not get any update yet :-[
