Hi Everyone,
I recently received ITA for me and my spouse under CEC. However, My spouse is not in Canada. I am worried that his multiple visit visa rejections would be a problem. Below are his rejection Details. Please Advise

April 2014 - Australia Visit Visa Rejection

Canada Visit Visa
1. Date of application - December 1st week of 2018
Date of rejection - January 21 2019
2. Visit Visa
Date of application: 16th November 2019
Date of rejection - 22nd Nov 2019

You just need to declare it in your application. There’s the statutory question section where you’ll be asked if you/your spouse has ever been refused entry / visa / permit. Put the details there.

not declaring previous refusals can be grounds for misrepresentation.

Your spouse previous rejections has nothing against CEC PR application, but like NOC98 said just declare it and you will be good to go. Godd luck.
