2. We started processing your application on July 17, 2017.
3. Medical results have been received.

Ang problem po is wala po kaming natanggap na letter pertaining po sa October 20, 2017. Kanina lang din po lumabas yung 4th line. Kanina lang din po nagchange yung Permanent Residence Application Status from "In Process" to "Decision Made".

Ano po kaya ibig sabihin nung Decision Made? Is it better po ba to write an email or call the CIC regarding sa issue ko po sa 4th line?
