Hi everyone Good day i just checked our cic account , Medical received na yung nakalagay what's next?. Btw, we undergo two medical exams because our medical have been expired , kasi yung mama ko nagtreatment ,kasi may nakita sa xray nya ,after nung treatment ni mama na expired yung medical namin so we undergo re medical. Ok na po yung medical namin kaso nag additional test kami which is skin test to make sure na hindi kami nahawa kay mama , my brother and i was positive. After the result of our skin test mag sputum sana kami kaso kicancel nung ospital don't know why, wait daw sa email embassy , pero until now wala parin, pero nakalagay na sa cic na medical received. 1. Anu pwede ko gwain sa chat history namin kasi na delete ang previous years ng chat namin?

2. Sa part ng checklist na kung recognize kami as spouse, sa part ko, beneficiary ko xa sa Insurance ko but sa kanya wala kaming proof. Anu kaya pwede naming gawin? Hindi daw kasi pwede gawin sa end niya mag change ng status sa office niya.

3. Sa financial support namn, hindi rin kmi parati nagpapadala masyado sa isa't isa kasi nga may trabaho nmn kami. Sa travels namin sa pinas before, wala namn kaming proof na nag share kmi. Travels na lng nung nagpaksal kami meron kaming documents to prove na nag share kmi ng expenses.

4. Sa 2 and 3, since ako lng sa amin ang makakaprovide ng proof na spouse kami at about sa pagpapadala ng pera, do I need to make a letter of explanation?

5. Sa pag transalate ng conversation namin, pwede lng ba ako or need talagang ibang tao tapos affidavit pa at certified copy ng document?

Medyo madami kang kailangan iprovide as proof para di nila isipin na marriage for convenience lang to...wala pa ba kaung anak ?
sana kahit joint bank account meron kayo , kailangan mo ng madaming pictures sa mga holidays nyo at nung ikasal kayo.

Wala pa kaming anak.

We just got married June this year. Meron kaming joint account, we processed it before we got married (we don't deposit money to that account, though).

Kailangan ba xa ang magpa transalate or pwede ako na lng dito? Pwede friend ko ang mag transalate and just get an affidavit after?

Anyone here who was interviewed at manila embassy? I am Feb 2016 applicant and recently had an interview this week at the embassy in manila. Surprisingly, the visa officer was a filipino . he was very polite in the beginning and our conversation was OK until an observer came in (the minister of immigration himself) so I guess he needed to do his best so he ended up interrogating me. In the end I felt bad in a way but at the end of the day... I felt better because I knew in my heart that all my answers were true and were backed up with evidences. I brought more than enough evidence. I was asked to bring proof of comm. But I also brought with me bank statement as proof of support, pictures, sample contracts/wedding receipts and sample wedding invite. So what happened after the interview, the visa officer said to leave all the proof to give him more time to evaluate them... The interview was too long already... And the minister was waiting.... So I was told to wait for his email or I can follow up the result of the interview. :-( my husband and I had been waiting for two years already... One best proof that our relationship is genuine is our one year old baby. I hope the vo will realize that. keeping my fingers crossed.
