SA IMM5669 under po ng EDUCATION, hindi po kakasya sa may name of institution ung ilalagay ko, okay lang po ba another sheet of paper? Tsaka po dba under ng trades ang Caregiver? Pero years po kasi ang required na ilagay sa box, pano ko po ilalagay na 6 months? Tapos ano po type of diploma ung ilalagay ko sa highschool diploma? Salamat po at pacensya na sa madaming tanong, wala po kasi ito sa guide. hehe

Yes trades/vocational yan.

Secondary/High school Diploma yung sa high school.

Not sure kung pano kinoconvert into decimal yung 6 months.

maybe you can input 0.5 years since 6 months lang. or better yet, ilagay mo full details sa additional sheet

Ask ko lang po kung magkakaroon po ba ng conflict sa immgiration officer na nagpakasal ako kht na pumapasok pa ko sa College? January po ako nagpakasal, and 3 months to go na lang po graduation na So wala naman po naging problema in my part. iniisip ko lang po ung sa side po ng immigration officer. hehe

SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS BY EMAIL:

We encourage that you submit documents by email to MANILIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca. When submitting documents as email attachments, ensure that you follow these guidelines:
• Do not use an icloud domain or any file sharing websites
• Each document must be in PDF format (.pdf) and not exceed 2.0MB
• Each PDF file must contain only one type of document. If several documents/forms are requested, save each type of document separately. For example, if you were requested to submit completed IMM5406 Additional Family Information forms for yourself and your spouse, your completed form must be saved in one (1) .PDF file extension name and your spouse’s in another PDF file
• If your submission includes a cover letter, this must be saved separately in one (1) PDF file
• Documents must be readable and easy to view

Hi, hindi namin siya nisubmit pero better for you to keep a copy of it in case it will be needed for credentials assessment when you're already in CA and planning to pursue higher degrees.

In my own opinion po, there's no such conflict naman kasi that's your plan. D naman cguro nila pakikialam, para sure na rin when you right your love story don mo na lang explain lahat para makalpante po kayo.

Hindi po need ang diploma sa spousal application. Ang kailangan lang tlga in this application is proof of your genuine and continuing relationship.

In any case, pagawa ka na din ng certificate of discrepancy sa school mo certifying that the name shown on the diploma and your real name is exactly the same person. Para any time na kelangan mo i-present ang highschool diploma mo to whatever event it might be, at least meron ka na certification from your school.

Although you mentioned that both your given name and last name eh may discrepancy, I am assuming na close enough naman yung discrepancy to your real name. For example, instead of "Ma" na dapat pala eh "Maria". If the discrepancy looks quite different to your real name, an Affidavit may be the solution.

My advice is not just for immigration purposes but for other events, just in case, in the future. Mas mabuti na din kasi na habang nandito ka pa eh maayos mo na yung mga dapat na maayos esp if it has to do with your personal information, credentials, etc..

Okay lang po ba iprint sa paper (MS WORD) ung mga pictures, screenshots, communications, etc. for proof of relationship? If pwede po, how many pictures each page po? Thanks
