is your husband also abroad? if yes how did he apply in the Philippines? he should apply where he is right now, so you dont have to worry anything like this.leslieteh09 said:

I think they just took a pre-authorization, by the time package arrived they will ask me to sign the receipt or the merchant copy for them to collect the money from the bank. Ive done that couple of times here in Canada and there was no problem at all. Here in Canada its easy to track when your card got scammed.Earal said:

Try nya kyang maginquire sa Phil Consul kung san bansa cya ngayon... if they can issue such travel document aside from Passport pra makauwi cya. So pede nya maipasa right away ang passport nya( kya lang sa part ng embassy bka mlaman na he is out of the country) mag attach ka nlang ng letter about don pero kung declare nmn sa application na wala cya sa Manila no need for the letter.
