Our visa is good until October 2015, we were told we would receive visa package shortly but that was march 20.

at least I am not alone in this forum who is also waiting for the visa to be released.

waiting for visa too. DM since April 11, 2015.

Yeah the frustrating part is you get DM and email stating visa package will be shipped shortly so you think this long process is over , but then more time passes and nothing shows up..... I guess being in business in Canada I'm
Use to getting things done quickly in Canada and most paper work flows on somewhat of a scedule... Oh well we will all get visa when we get it... It could be worse ... Some take well over a year . I hope at some point they actually develop a system that can be followed and ecas updates actually appear so they don't always have to recieve so many emails .good luck to all and to

CEM called us on Mon(April13) requesting go to cem Thurs(April16) for visa stamping.

Finally visa on hand!!

Meds will expire May29, 2015
No PPR. Ecas still says "in process" Haha

Hi everyone!
Congratulations to those who are Visa on hand, long wait is over for you guys!

I have a question to ask,once DM in ECAS, do they send first an email stating that your visa will be shipped? or does it also happen that a DHL person just knocks at your door and hand your visa?

they should email you, but ofcourse that is not consistent to what really happens.
sometimes they email sometimes they don't.

Im on my fifth day since DM. Hope visa will come next week. haha

Ch99 good luck , hope your visa shows up soon , we are day 28 and still no visa . I try to remind myself that paper work takes much much longer in the phills

Once you get the e-mail/letter stating that your Visa is ready does anyone know if you can go to the Embassy in Manila and pick it up directly?

Has anyone done that?
