Nagtatanong lng po, travel tax at terminal fee ba kailangan bayaran sa NAIA? Tickets were bought and issued here in Canada.

if the tickets were bought here in Canada.. yes, you need to pay the travel tax.. un ang sabi sakin ng agent ko when I bought my husband's ticket here also.. and she said na around $40 daw un or 2k pesos.. pero ung sa terminal fee, I have no idea about that..

PDOS po ang need i comply pag PR pa lang ang sponsor (walk in and no need for online appointment)

GCP (Guidance & Counseling Program) po naman pag foreign national and Canadian Citizen na ang sponsor (need online appointment)

I've been in love with my spouse for almost two years. I left my home country and settled in canada. then we got married while I'm here and she is back there at my home country. I have every legal and certified documents confirming our marriage (including Governal Marriage certificate that is registered at the national civil record at my country as well as Family book)... but I wasn't able to attend the wedding due to security troubles back home)... Have you guessed?!!! yes!!! I'm from Syria...
Now I want to apply to sponsor her.. and I was wondering if these documents would be enough? I have tons of watsapp, viber and skype communications between us.. but unfortunately no photos together at all
what if I send photos of my spouse with our parents together? would that be enough?

I understand your situation,
Unfortunately your marriage is not valid for Immigration purposes,
you need to attend your wedding in order for that to be valid in Canada,

you should have inquire about this before to avoid headaches,
I understand that Immigration will accept if you are present via
a communication mean like teleconference.
You should revise your situation with an immigration lawyer.
Your marriage need to be legal in both countries, not just one.

Im canadian citizen and im sponsoring my husband too.. ntanggap na nya ung passport nya with visa stamp.. nasa PDOS na sya ngayon to attend the Guidance and Counseling Session.. its not the regular ceminar ang kailangan nyang attend'nan.. my schedule ung kanya.. every tuesday lang meron at friday..

Hello guys. Tanong lang about the guiidance and counseling program. Madali lang ba na mag-book ng appointment online? my husband needs to leave Philippines before march 7. sinend na nung tuesday ung visa nya but he's still waiting for it to arrive. I know pwede na syang magPDOS even without the visa. Should he make an appointment already? nagaalala lang ako kase baka pag next week pa nya makuha ung visa nya, then magbook sya online ng appointment, ung available spot na is March??? Did anyone just book theirs?? pls share naman. Thank you

Proof we have so far are

* Phone Calls
* Face time pictures
* Skype Pictures
* Facebook Chat
* Facebook Wall Post Screenshots (Showing Dates)
* Joint Savings Bank Account
* Planned Trip for this April 2015.
* Remmitances Slips
* Receipts/fedex of gifts to each other
* Letters from our friends and his co-workers
* Photo of us and a few photo of him with my family.

no.. kasi pumunta sya mismo sa office.. we didn't know na iba pala ang ceminar kpag canadian ang nagsponsor sayo.. so ayun!! dun mismo, sila nagbooked ng apponappointment nya..

I think thats it.. kasi COA na sinsabi nila, voluntary nman un.. hindi required na umattend tlaga.. try to book an appointment na kasi 15 slots lang available nila sa GCP..

I just booked it for him. Last slot for Feb 6th. Thank you so much for all your infos. Siguro kung di ka nagreply, baka di kami nakakuha agad ng appointment. =)
