Hello, nakareceive na po ako ng aor at sponsorship approval last month tapos finorward na sa cem. Anu na next antayin namin, makareceive ba kami ng another aor from manila embassy or ppr na antayin namin? Worried kasi kami na nalost sa shipping yung papers namin kc wala pang confirmation ang manila embassy na naforward na sa kanila. Thanks

Hello Po! I'm new here. When we checked ECAS, it says application received, then Medical results received yung second line. What does this mean? are we in process? we sent our application last august 13, 2014 and SA received on the 8th of October. Based on the guide given by ECAS, 'Medical Results received' falls under Decision Made? parang confusing.
tapos maybe someone can help us how to contact CIC to update my address? tapos po if I renewed my passport recently will it affect our application? how can we update CIC regarding my passport renewal?

Question po meron po b dto s inyo or meron b dto my kilala n ang passport nya ay nasa CEM ng mahigit s 5 months?? Gusto ko kc malalaman kong my posibilidad n tumagal ng 5 to 6 months ang passport s embassy... plan ko po kc umuwi ng march at ang passport ng asawa ko ngtanggap ng embassy august 29.. until now wala update s ecas ko.. malaki kya ang chance n makasama ko n xa s pgbalik ko s march???

Hi!

I just want to ask something about processing ng spousal sponsorship if sa Philippines po mag-aapply. Nakalagay po kasi sa CIC pag-outside Canada it takes 55 days po, sabi ng nakausap ko pagnakapasa ka sa 1st step pwede na daw pumunta ng Canada and get your open work permit or you have to stay until maapprove yung 2nd step? Pag inside Canada po kasi sabi nila when you get approve po sa 1st step pwede ka na daw pong mag-apply ng open work permit while waiting. Medyo confusing lang po.

dpende po un sa vo sa nag hawak ng papers ng wife mo kasi ngaun 15 monts ang processing time..kahit application recieve wala talagang update...

hi. i wanna ask when CEM sent you un remed request.. i am waiting my remedical request also my medical was expired last sept 7, 2013, inprocess on aug 20... thanks

they send it via email yesterday after emailing them for 3 times to reqest for that..what happwned was they told my husband that they send that request the same day that they requested his passport on aug 11. but we didn't get it..so i requested it again..

Hi Aiyen, I don't know if there's a connection between CEM and DOST. All I know that if you're a DOST scholar, your name is on NBI, DFA and BI blacklist/watchlist. I used to have a temp clearance for my offshore training and last year i got already my final clearance... which erased my name from those 3 govt offices..

Can you post your timeline?

I think the travel ban to DOST scholars had long been lifted. I actually got my passport just recently, and everything went smoothly with the DFA and NBI. Here's my timeline:
Medical Exam - June 9
Medical Result submitted to CEM - July 3
Passport Delivered to CEM - July 28
PR Granted - August 16

Depende sa VO yan yun passport ko since Dec 2013 pa hawak ng CEM till now wala p din 10months na
