I would like to ask something about our papers on my husband part . My husband is a Canadian citizen and im filipina and he is my sponsor under family class . Our problem are as follows.

SPONSORSHIP EVALUATION #6) PERSON NOT INCLUDED IN 5. ABOVE, IF APPLICABLE
B)EVERY OTHER FAMILY MEMBER NOT INCLUDED ABOVE AND DEPENDENT ON YOU (OR THE CO-SIGNER,IF YOU HAVE ONE) FINANCIALLY,WHETHER THEY ARE LIVING WITH YOU OR NOT . ENTER THEIR NUMBER IN THE BOX ON THE RIGHT AND PROVIDE DETAILS ON THE BACK OF THIS PAGE ..

Guys, what does it mean ? . pls anyone help.

another one is:

there are two forms on my husband papers that has no signature and date .
1 evaluation to sponsor
2 document checklist-sponsor

could we just date it handwritten and sign it?

Dun sa question mo #6 B) "Zero/0" sagot.... Wala kayong anak diba?

*IMM5406 pla, name and surname.. wala na middle name.

Sis sa Sponsored Spouse Questionnaire IMM 5490 #31 yes or no If there is an investigation into marriage fraud about you, do you consent to CIC and CBSA releasing the results to your sponsor? Ano sagot dyan?


sa Additional Family Information ulit: 4 kami magkakapatid ako bunso the applicant, ate ko pinaka panganay, sumunod sa kanya kuya Bob then kuya Jay, ilalagay ko ba "eldest sister" tapos sa mga kuya kay kuya Bob eh "Eldest brother" at kay kuya Jay ay "older brother'? Or simple sister at brother lang? Pasensya na, nag pi-fill up kase ako uli ng form incase lang na kelanganin....

Hello po sa inyong lahat, Nagparesched po ako ng COA seminar and the date that was given to me is OCT. 22. Sino po sa inyo ang kaparehas ko? Ako nalang po ang natitirang Jan applicant ata na wala pang improvement sa ECAS. In process ako since AUG 13. Almost 2 months na akong in process. Sana po mag change na mga status ng mga in process this month para masaya hehehe. Sa lahat po ng aattend Good luck po sa ating lahat. Let's all pray for the good news... God bless us po!

Hi Sis!! hehehe!!!! magtatanong din ako about Schedule A Background/Declaration #7 Education may column dun na "Field of Study" Sa old version ng form 07-2011 wala yun, itong version ng 12-2012 lang nagkaroon nyan. Elementary, high school at 2 years course sa AMA Computer Learning Center ako nag aral, anu-ano ilalagay ko sa field of study?

Sa #8 Personal History

"Status in country" ano ilalagay dun, citizen or worker or ano pa? Nag work ako sa Taiwan OFW factory worker. TIA :-*

Post-secondary - No degree /Post-secondary studies at a college or university but no degree earned.

And status in country sa taiwan "OFW"

AH yung Schedule A Background/Declaration form lang ang handwritten ko pero yung separate sheet of paper nya, computerized yun. Hindi kase magkasya kung i-computerized ko yung pag fill up sa form na yan... Dun na lang sa column na City and Country, Philippines lang ang magkakasya hindi na kasya kung ilagay pa ang Manila. Tapos sa #9 Membership or association with organizations: hindi magkasya sa Name of organization yung Bagong Ilog Drum & Lyre, The Center for Pop Music Philippines Inc. plus sa column nun Activities and/or positions held within organization voice lesson and sing on stage at exhibition drum & lyre, majorette

Hindi na ako kumuha uli ng GCMS notes, wait ko na lang yung due date ng assessment sa Nov 27, 2014. Intay mo lang darating yun... Meds ko naku expired nga eh Feb 13, 2013 pa yun, nag informed naman ako sa kanila na expired meds ko, wala sagot, ang PPR ko passport, NBI At Appendix A lang tapos email uli sila sakin Addtional Documents or proofs sa divorce cert ng sponsor ko, wala tungkol sa meds ko...
