Here's my Family's Timeline:
June 2009 - Family Class Sponsorship sent to the Manila Visa Office
July 2, 2009 - Started processing in Manila
Nov 2009 - Requesting for Police Clearance(Saudi Arabia and London) of my Father
Jan. 2010 - Requested Documents Sent
March 2010 - Medical Examination Request Receive
May 2010 - Medical Examination Done
June 2010 - My father sent a withdrawal letter from the application to Embassy of Canada
June-Nov 2010 - Requesting for Additional Medical Examination Test for Father and was Done
August 2011 - Fax to the Manila Visa Office regarding our application. My mother sent also additional documents regarding for the additional member of our family for sponsorship to the Immigration(My son)
Sept. 2011 - Embassy of Canada requesting updated forms and other certain documents regarding my son
Oct. 2011 - Requested Documents Sent to Embassy of Canada
Nov 2011 - Embassy of Canada requesting for our updated documents such as the NBI certificates, CENOMAR and my son's Certification of Selection of Quebec
April 2012 - Requested Documents Sent to Embassy of Canada except my son's Certification of Selection of Quebec because there no release yet
Nov 2012- Receive from my Mother, the Certification of Selection of Quebec of my son and the rest of the family including hers to Embassy of Canada
Feb 2013 - Certification of Selection of Quebec Sent to Embassy of Canada
October 2013 - My father was withdrawn from the application from Embassy of Canada
November 2013 - Medical Examination Request Receive

My question is does any one have an idea about IOM Manila Health Center?

i have my med thre. It is a good clinic..people are kind and approachable.also,the procedure is fast..

Its landmark is Pacific Star Building. Just tell the driver if you take a cab, back of Pacific Star Building...

For canadian visa applicants, these are their fees in php per person:
age 0-10yrs - 2,000
age 11-14yrs - 2,500
age 15 up/ Adults - 5,000

Tests performed per age group:
age 0-10yrs - Urinalysis and complete physical exam
age 11-14yrs - Chest x-ray, Urinalysis and complete physical exam
age 15 up/ Adults - HIV/Syphillis Testing, Chest x-ray, Urinalysis and complete physical exam

** Results out within 3hrs for both x-ray and lab tests. In case everything if okay, they forward the results in less than a month to the CEM.

Their clinic is open from Monday to Friday only, and by appointment basis, which means you need to phone them and set a schedule available for us to get an open slot from them.

They perform the medical exams per batch basis starting 7:30am then 8:30am, 10am and 11:30am.

Cut off time is 11:30- for them to give enough attention to applicants who need repeat tests and those that need to undergo additional tests...

Requirements:

passport
two valid IDs for identification
and the fees

For now they accept cash payments only, but they said their working out to have POS machines for cash cards and credit card payments..

Hello everyone! For those applicants (with Permanent Resident spouses) attending CFO's PDOS, does the applicant still need to bring an NSO copy of Marriage Certificate, even though it's not on the list of requirements for registration? Thank you!

Hello po, i have been checking my application status quite often, application received parin (June 10,2013), date when file was transferred is not indicated. Pano ko ba malalaman kung kelan nareceived ng CEM ang papers ko?

Hopefully may PPR n rn ako before month of November ends...huhuhu
