Appendix A needs the following details (name, date of birth, passport details, etc) of me and my family members..

It has fields for applicant (which is me)
Spouse/Common law partner (this is my sponsor)
child(ren)

Do I have to input the details of my wife (the sponsor)?

scos is always active/online. according to him/her, he/she didn't receive any private message to update their record on the spreadsheet.

Disregard. As stated, hindi na daw kailangan ang pasport details sa non accompanying family member (my wife as a sponsor).

Got an e-mail from CEM just now not sure if PPR na ba to but it is asking me the following:

Fully Completed Appendix A
Personal and address history from April 2013
Original Passport(s)

it's not asking for any 2x2 pics of me..

KORek!!! Mas masaya tingnan kung ang spreadsheet updated kaso hindi, naghihintay pa c scos may mag pm sa kanya para ma update nya... sana hindi na nya i.private ang spreadsheet para tayo na mismo mag edit if may mga progress....

scos doesn't get paid of doing it, so at least we should be considerate and in fact be thankful, instead of blaming and being demanding on her/him.

i totally agree...mahirap magmaintain ng spreadsheet lalo na kung maraming marami gaya ng Manila VO. ^__^v

you need to pm SCOS about it.. actually he said in the manila thread for english speakers that you must pm him for your spreadsheets to be updated.. he locked it down coz someone tried to hacked it.. and i think he's looking for someone to manage the spreadsheet..
